Subscription terms

What is free, what the subscription includes, how the trial works and what is charged afterwards.

What is free, and stays free

This is yours and stays free for good: your FinalStat with its range and the explanation of the method, measuring yourself every month with your measurement history, and your three base habits — sleep, posture and meals — with your streak. The reminders for your routine, your bedtime and Sunday are free too.

In parent mode, each son's or daughter's profile is free, with their estimate, their percentile and their measurements.

What the subscription includes

In parent mode, the subscription includes the PDF report for the pediatrician.

The weekly AI analysis works only if you turn it on, and you can turn it on or off whenever you want in “Me”. It is written by an artificial intelligence model from your week's counts: it can be wrong and it is not medical advice. If there is no analysis one week, you see the week's adjustment instead. The privacy notice explains what is sent and to whom.

If the trial ends and you do not subscribe, or if you cancel, you stop having access to those things and the app goes back to the free state. Your result, your measurements, your history and your streak are still there.

The free trial

What is charged afterwards

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the annual plan is charged and renews every year until you cancel it. The weekly plan is charged from the first day and renews every week.

The price is shown in your currency inside the app and in the store before you confirm, because the one who charges is the App Store or Google Play and the one who sets the conversion is the store. That is why this page writes no figure: the correct figure is always the one you see on the purchase screen.

Cancelling, restoring and refunds

If the store does not respond

If a purchase fails because the store does not answer, the app tells you so plainly and you are not charged anything. You can try again.

What else you should read

The privacy notice explains what data we use and how to ask us to delete it. The medical disclaimer explains what an estimate of height is and what it is not.
